We just completed our 2026 Shaner General Manager & Director of Sales Leadership Conference. We had an amazing time relaxing and re-energizing in the Florida Keys. In addition to celebrating the successes and presenting awards to the top achievers, we celebrated Shaner's 50 years in business.
Our hosts were the Faro Blanco Resort, Curio by Hilton & the Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, Florida. The hotel teams did a wonderful job. A huge thank you to Crystal Rivera, Curio General Manager, Thomas Brady, Courtyard General Manager, Heather Turkay, Area Director of Sales, Marisela Baraniewicz, Complex Director of Sales, Krystle Ng, Delwin Thoduparambil, Cassie Driscoll, and all the hotel staff; the task force team, the corporate planning team and regional managers that worked tirelessly to plan and execute a very special conference.
