There’s always something happening across Shaner Hotels’ food and beverage world, and lately we’ve had a few things worth raising a glass to. From new beverage partnerships in our restaurants to national recognition for one of our favorite rooftops, here’s what’s new.
A Wine Partnership with Melorosa
We’re excited to welcome Melorosa Wines as a growing partner across Shaner Hotels.
Founded by Kasi Wicks, Chuck Wicks and Jason Aldean, Melorosa is rooted in family, freedom and the simple idea that some of the best moments happen around a table with people you love. The name itself is personal: “Melo” honors Kasi’s mother’s family name, while “Rosa” honors her grandmother, Abuela Rosa.
The partnership is already coming to life across Shaner F&B. At The Field Burger & Tap in State College, the team has been having a little fun introducing Melorosa to guests. A recent pair of reels brings the brand off the menu and into the restaurant, which is exactly how we like to see a partnership take shape: not just a bottle on a list, but something our teams can pour, share and build an experience around.

Melorosa is also joining Shaner as a sponsor of the Daytona Drive Xperience at The DAYTONA, Autograph Collection, September 27–28. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Melorosa throughout the weekend, with the relationship continuing to expand across the Shaner portfolio.
Great wine, great food and a good reason to get together. We can get behind that.
Meili Vodka: A Partnership That Keeps Growing
Our relationship with Meili Vodka is another one that keeps getting more interesting.
Shaner first introduced the partnership at Moxy Columbus Short North, where Meili became part of the Bar Moxy cocktail program and the guest experience. Guests are welcomed at check-in with a Meili Vodka cocktail, setting the tone from the moment they arrive. Since then, the relationship has moved well beyond a single announcement. Meili joined us at the 2026 Shaner Food & Beverage Conference in Atlanta, giving our F&B leaders a chance to connect with the brand and experience it firsthand.
Co-created by Jason Momoa and Blaine Halvorson, Meili has plenty of personality of its own. It’s made in Montana with spring water from a 300-million-year-old aquifer, locally sourced grains and bottles made from 100% post-consumer recycled glass, so no two bottles are exactly alike.
But rather than tell you too much more about it, this one is better watched.

For us, partnerships like Meili are about more than adding another spirit behind the bar. They give our teams new ingredients to work with, new stories to tell and new ways to create memorable guest experiences.
And speaking of a good place to raise a glass, we’re ending this roundup on a high note. Literally.

Forbes has taken notice of one of our favorite rooftops. Perspective Rooftop Pool Bar at Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota was recently featured in Forbes’ roundup, “There’s Still Time: The Best Rooftops To Catch Before Summer Slips Away. The national roundup highlighted Perspective among rooftop destinations worth catching before the season changes, calling attention to the downtown Sarasota setting, views, cocktails, bites, and the kind of programming that keeps the rooftop active well beyond sunset.
For anyone who has spent an evening at Perspective, it makes sense. Between the rooftop pool, Sarasota views, live music, weekend DJs, special events, and a cocktail in hand, it’s one of those places that feels like a destination even if you’re local.
From what we’re pouring to where guests are gathering, these partnerships and recognitions are a great snapshot of what’s happening across Shaner F&B right now. New brands, new experiences, and some well-deserved national attention — with plenty more to come.
